• The reservation fee is paid to the account of the specific owner of the given apartment.

  • After payment, the owner will contact you.​

• The fee is 1 night for each week

  • For example: 7 nights = 1 night fee, 13 nights = 2 nights booking fee

• Reservations canceled earlier than 3 weeks before the start of the stay are refundable, otherwise the deposit is forfeited. In the season it is already difficult to find a replacement, most people already have their holidays selected :)

• If a replacement candidate is found, the deposit is returned.

• The rest of the price for the stay is paid on the spot, it is also possible to pay to the bank account or Revolut after agreement.

• An emergency contact is available on site.

Accommodation rules

• The guest has the right to use an apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, a terrace or a garden, a reserved place for storing bicycles and scooters and a parking space belonging to the given apartment.

• Standard accommodation is possible from 2 p.m. (can be arranged individually) and departure before 10 a.m.

• In the period from 22:00 to 08:00, the accommodated person is obliged to observe night silence.

• In case of causing damage, the accommodated person is obliged to compensate this damage.

• The accommodation provider is not liable to the accommodated person for damages that he was not responsible for.

• The lodger is fully responsible for minors staying with him.
